Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
- Report product feedback, inventory issues, and scanning errors to management.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
- Follow company policies, uphold security, and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum age required: 18 years.
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is a plus.
