Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters to enhance store performance.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to follow company policies, provide excellent customer service, and work well in a team setting.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
