Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide top-notch customer service and support a positive shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory management and cash-handling procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures accurately
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
