Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. As a full-time position with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the Aldi team and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling policies
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
