Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise and maintain organized displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
• Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Combination of education and experience is beneficial.
