Job Description

Join Aldi as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive top-notch service, and operations run smoothly. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer experiences and maintain a pristine shopping environment.

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
  • Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Operate cash registers, equipment, and handle products with care.

Requirements

  • 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior retail work experience preferred.
  • Ability to provide courteous service and operate equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
