Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and uphold company standards.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
