Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming environment for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Merchandise and stock products efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean shopping space.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Proficient in cash register operation and general cleaning duties.
  • Ability to operate equipment like electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.
  • A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
