Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases and maintain product displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Contribute to inventory management and monitoring
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Perform general cleaning duties

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient and accurate cash handling skills
  • Operate equipment safely and effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work independently and in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience preferred
