Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for enhancing the shopping experience for our customers through exceptional service and efficient stocking of products. Your role will involve cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide outstanding customer service.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and report any concerns to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain a clean store environment.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficiency in customer service and cash register operations.
• Ability to handle equipment like electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Strong communication skills and the capability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
