Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Contribute to inventory management and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capacity to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Prior experience in retail is preferred.
