Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment while delivering top-notch customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory, uphold cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of operating store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
