Job Description

We are looking for a diligent Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your role will involve collaborating with the Aldi team to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store environment, and ensure neat product displays
  • Provide top-notch customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing queries
  • Communicate effectively with team members and report to store management
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to the management
  • Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Capable of performing general cleaning tasks according to company standards
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is an advantage
