Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Working collaboratively with the team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper stocking of products
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
  • Capable of operating store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Prior retail experience preferred
