Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service, merchandising, and stocking product. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain an organized and clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses and adhere to company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience in retail is a plus.
