Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Support inventory management and assist in store inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
  • Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security and confidentiality
  • Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail work experience is a plus
