Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean shopping environment for our customers. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Operate cash register following cash policies to minimize losses.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate equipment including electric/manual hand jacks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
