We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
