We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our store, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandise displays, and assisting with stocking products to provide a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts according to guidelines and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and retail equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
