We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring the success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, cashiering, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service, collaborating with the team and communicating effectively with management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash register accurately and handle equipment effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to interpret policies, stay organized, and multitask efficiently.
