We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring that products are stocked and displayed effectively.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
