Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a great shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and issues to improve operations.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
  • Proficiency in using store equipment and following cleaning standards.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
