Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
  • Assist with inventory management and store inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Operate a cash register efficiently
  • Safely operate equipment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience preferred
