Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store appearance.
  • Stock shelves, assist customers, and collaborate with team members.
  • Provide feedback to management, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
  • Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
