We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing excellent customer service.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and stock replenishment duties.
• Enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to company policies.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of lifting and stocking merchandise.
