Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and efficient stocking and merchandising. Your role will involve collaborating with team members and communicating effectively to ensure the store's success.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
- Collaborate with the team and communicate clearly with management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
- Comply with company policies while upholding security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient cash register operation.
- Experience in retail environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
