Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a store associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and neatly stock shelves
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and follow cash policies
• Adhere to company policies, uphold security, and handle responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Ability to perform cleaning duties, follow procedures, and work independently or in a team
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
