Job Description
We are looking to add a dynamic Customer Service Associate to our Avis Budget Group team. This role involves assisting customers with the return of rental cars, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for our valued clients. Responsibilities
- Assist customers with the return of rental cars.
- Meet and greet customers, secure keys, record mileage, gas levels, and damage to vehicles.
- Check vehicles into the computer system while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility with shifts.
- 6 months of retail customer service experience is a plus.
