Customer Service Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team at Avis Budget Group. In this role, you will be actively engaged in providing excellent customer service and assistance in various aspects of the rental and return process at our airport lots. If you enjoy a dynamic work environment and interacting with customers, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers during the rental and return process.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all touchpoints.
• Work outdoors in various areas of the rental lot.
• Handle checking cars, processing rentals, and assisting at exit gates.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
