Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Associate to join our growing team at Avis Budget Group. As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our rental car services.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the return of rental cars, including greeting, key management, mileage recording, and damage assessment.
• Provide excellent customer service during all interactions.
• Input car information accurately into the computer system.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work all shifts and outdoors.
• Previous retail customer service experience is a plus.
