Customer Service Representative (Full-time)

In this full-time role, you will be part of a high-energy enterprise, assisting customers in various aspects of the rental and return process at our airport lots. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental or return processes on the airport lots.
• Provide exceptional customer service while checking cars, processing rentals, and assisting at exit gates.
• Handle data entry tasks and interact with customers on-site.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills and effective verbal communication.
• Ability to work outdoors and flexibility to work various shifts.
• Prior retail customer service experience is a plus.
