We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the high-energy Avis Budget Group enterprise. In this outdoor role, you will assist customers in various aspects of the rental or return process at our airport lots, ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the rental and return process at airport lots.
• Provide excellent customer service while helping customers with various needs.
• Work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills and effective verbal communication.
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility to work all shifts.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 6 months of retail customer service experience preferred.
