• Assist customers with rental and return processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all touchpoints.
• Perform tasks such as checking cars, entering information, processing loyalty rentals, and more.
• Work collaboratively with a team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and in various shifts.
• Previous retail customer service experience is a plus.
