Customer Service Representative - Medical, dental and other insurance + PTO!
We are immediately hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our growing Avis Budget Group enterprise. As part of our dynamic team, you will assist customers in the return of rental cars by providing exceptional service and support. If you are responsible, energetic, and thrive in a customer-centric environment, we want you to be a valued addition to our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers in returning rental cars with a smile.
- Meet and greet customers, secure keys, record mileage, gas levels, and check for damages.
- Check cars into the computer system while delivering excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and basic computer skills.
- Effective verbal communication skills and willingness to work outdoors.
- Flexibility to work all shifts; 6 months retail customer service experience is a bonus.
