Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Avis Budget Group in Ohare. As a valued member of our enterprise, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting with the return process of rental cars. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, managing keys, recording vehicle details, and providing exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with the return of their rental cars.
- Meet and greet customers, record vehicle information, and provide excellent service.
- Check vehicles into the computer system accurately.
