Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class patient care with full clinical autonomy.
• Participate in a robust Hygiene mentor program to enhance clinical skills.
• Maintain patient records and provide educational support.
• Collaborate with the dental care team to ensure patient needs are met.

Requirements

• Current dental hygienist license in MN.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
• Excellent knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and patient care.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• New graduates or experienced professionals are welcome.
• Experience with dental technologies such as digital scanners and x-rays.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and patient care.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for periodic virtual training sessions.
