Director, Statistical Programming (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Director of Statistical Programming to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals remotely. In this role, you will lead a team of product leaders and external personnel, oversee ongoing clinical studies, and plan new clinical studies. Your responsibilities will include managing statistical programming activities, maintaining process compliance, and providing strong people management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure timely delivery of Clinical Analysis Reporting Leads.
• Critically review programming strategy and impact on clinical trials.
• Collaborate with various functions to deliver cross-functional projects and process improvements.
• Manage strategic priorities, resources, and budget for statistical programming.
• Perform programming and quality control for deliverables as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 15+ years of statistical programming experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing CROs or FSPs, knowledge of drug development regulations, and SAS programming skills.
