Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated District Manager who is currently pursuing an undergraduate or post-graduate degree to join our team at ALDI. As a District Manager in our Jefferson Division, you will have the opportunity to lead up to six stores, drive sales growth, and oversee the operations of a multi-million dollar district. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement plans to improve store operations and performance.
- Lead and motivate your team of direct reports to achieve company goals.
- Maintain adherence to merchandising plans and pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead, manage, and develop a team effectively.
- Knowledge of human resource management practices.
