Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced District Manager to join ALDI's Jefferson Division, overseeing Georgia, Western North Carolina, Southern Alabama, and Northwest South Carolina. As a District Manager, you will lead up to six stores, drive sales growth, and ensure operational excellence within your district.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support store operations within the district.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve performance and achieve targets.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and merchandising plans.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a professional workforce.
- Manage store compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and drive results.
- Knowledge of human resource management and store operations.
