Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Executive Director to lead our Late Development Team in Oncology. This critical role involves overseeing the late product lifecycle and driving strategic product development from proof of concept to approval with a focus on innovation and patient value.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional Late Development Teams in developing and executing product strategies.
- Establish global product visions and integrated development plans.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and functional teams to optimize product development.
- Ensure effective team performance, resource management, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide strategic guidance to functional matrix teams and mentor team members for success.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and external collaborations.
Requirements
- 15+ years of global drug development experience in pharma/biotech industry.
- Strong leadership skills in late-stage drug development and regulatory submissions.
- Experience managing complex projects and collaborations with proven track record of innovation.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.
- Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required.
