Executive Director, Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an accomplished Executive Director for Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations to lead the execution and delivery of our Oncology Phase 1-3 pipeline. As a pivotal member of our team, you will drive operational excellence, ensure project goals are met on time and within budget, and contribute to staff development and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of late-stage oncology clinical development.
• Oversee clinical research budgets and timelines.
• Influence development team for high-quality clinical trial plans.
• Mentor staff and foster high-performing clinical teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology, with 10 years in oncology.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Deep knowledge of clinical research, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial technology.
• Business acumen and financial expertise.
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
