Job Title: Executive Director, Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Executive Director to lead a team in the execution and delivery of the Oncology Phase 1-3 pipeline. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in solid tumor clinical development, strategic planning, global experience, and a deep understanding of ICH/GCP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct all operational aspects of the Jazz late-stage oncology clinical development pipeline.
• Assure accuracy and appropriateness of clinical research budgets and timelines.
• Influence development team thinking for high-quality trial protocols and plans.
• Analyze and address issues with investigational sites, CRAs, and CROs.
• Provide mentorship to staff, set aligned goals, and build high-performing teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology with 10 years in oncology.
• Excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of clinical research and ICH GCPs.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and clinical operations expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Compensation

Salary range: $256,000-$384,000. Competitive compensation package including benefits and equity grants.
