Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our innovative team at One Medical. As a primary care provider, you will play a crucial role in managing a diverse patient panel and delivering high-quality care through in-office visits, testing centers, and tele-health consultations. Continuous learning opportunities, collaboration with clinical teams, and utilization of specific clinical training are key aspects of this role.

Requirements

• Completed accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in outpatient primary care.
• State licensed in New York.
• Passion for human-centered primary care.
• Effective communication skills and ability to provide care to individuals from all backgrounds.
• Proficiency in technology use for delivering quality care.
• Desire to be part of a team dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery.
• Adaptability, openness to feedback, and readiness to navigate uncertain situations.
