Job Description
The Rounds, a leading sustainable grocery delivery platform, is seeking dedicated Field Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our mission of sustainability and zero-waste deliveries to potential Members while achieving sales targets at various pop-up events.
Responsibilities
- Educate and engage potential Members at pop-up events about The Rounds' sustainable grocery delivery services.
- Achieve and surpass new Member acquisition goals through effective sales strategies.
- Thoroughly familiarize yourself with The Rounds' product offerings to facilitate successful onboarding of new Members.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling event displays to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback from interactions to enhance sales tactics and product offerings.

- Proven experience in sales with a focus on achieving targets.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.

Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate with uncapped commission per new Member acquired.
