Job Description
We are looking for a Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join VASA Fitness, a thriving fitness company committed to providing an inclusive and uplifting experience for all. As the GFSTL, you will play a crucial role in maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, ensuring that members receive exceptional and motivating fitness classes.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard top talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Drive performance to achieve financial targets and exceed KPIs in STUDIO and Group Fitness spaces.
- Ensure world-class member experience by maintaining clean and safe STUDIO and Group Fitness rooms.
- Lead ongoing instructor development through training, coaching, and providing feedback.
- Create a sense of community by delivering high-energy classes that inspire and uplift members.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit and retain talent effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
