Fitness Studio Experience Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the GFSTL, you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting and inclusive fitness experience for our members. You will be responsible for maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, ensuring KPIs are met, and delivering exceptional classes that motivate and create a sense of community.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff top talent for STUDIO and Group Fitness classes.
• Analyze and drive performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Create competitive and convenient class schedules to drive attendance.
• Ensure equipment and spaces are well-maintained and safe.
• Train and mentor instructors for ongoing development.
• Ensure a world-class member experience through high-energy classes and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fitness management or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for fitness and creating a positive impact on members' lives.
