Fitness Studio Experience Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Fitness Studio Experience Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will play a key role in creating an uplifting and inclusive fitness experience for our members. You will be responsible for maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, ensuring KPIs are met, and delivering exceptional classes that motivate and create community.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train top talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage by analyzing performance and driving results.
• Deliver a world-class member experience by ensuring equipment and spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to instructors for continuous development.
• Create a culture of care, connection, and accountability within the team.

Requirements

• Prior experience in group fitness instruction and studio management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and develop talent.
• Passion for fitness, community building, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
