Job Overview
The Fitness Studio Lead at VASA Fitness plays a crucial role in creating an uplifting experience by maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage. Responsibilities include recruiting and staffing, achieving financial targets, delivering a world-class member experience, training and coaching instructors, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff qualified talent for STUDIO and Group Fitness spaces.
- Analyze business performance and drive results to achieve financial targets.
- Ensure a top-notch member experience through cleanliness, safety, and flawless execution of programming.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to maintain high standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create a supportive and engaging community.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Certification in fitness training is a plus.
