Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Fitness Studio Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting fitness experience by maximizing Studio and Group Fitness participation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Maximize Studio and Group Fitness usage to achieve financial targets and exceed Key Performance Indicators.
• Deliver a world-class member experience by ensuring clean and safe spaces, flawless execution of events and programs, and continuous training for staff.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors and coaches to deliver high-energy classes that motivate and create community.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address member concerns promptly to create a culture centered on our core values.
