Responsibilities
- Recruit and train instructors and coaches to enhance customer experience.
- Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Ensure a world-class member experience through flawless execution of initiatives and programming.
- Support ongoing instructor development through coaching and training sessions.
- Create a community-focused environment that motivates and uplifts members and guests.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness studio management or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to analyze performance data and drive results.
